How do I apply for a course?
Open the course you are interested in and complete the application form. We reply within 1 working day.
Does applying guarantee my place?
No. We review each application first. Your place is confirmed only after we contact you.
How and when do I pay?
Once your place is confirmed, we send an invoice and payment details from an @ellyinternational.co.tz email address. If you are unsure about a payment request, call us on +255 757 066 880 before paying.
What does the fee include?
Course materials, lunch and refreshments. Fee excludes VAT. Each course page shows the details for that course.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Participants who complete a course receive a certificate of attendance.
Where and when do courses take place?
Courses take place in Arusha, Tanzania, usually from 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM. Each course page confirms the dates and venue.
Can you train our whole team?
Yes. We can discuss training shaped around your organisation, including group arrangements. Request a proposal to get started.
What if I can no longer attend?
Tell us as soon as you can. Our booking and cancellation policy explains the options.
